Lounge Campaign Pitch.

For this project, we were given a brief from Lounge Underwear to create a concept for their International Women's Day campaign 2021. This was an amazing experience to speak to their Chief Brand Officer Melanie Marsden, as it gave us a real good idea of what it is like to receive a brands brief for an industry job. We created a concept of 'Women Mean Business' in collaboration with the Rights for Women charity to raise awareness about sexual harassment the workplace. In a large survey by the Everyday Sexism Project. 52% of women have been victims of unwanted sexual behaviours at work, from groping to inappropriate jokes. We want the consumer to feel comfortable wearing whatever they would like to wear underneath at work, and what they do chose does not justify inappropriate comments or actions from others. We want to share information on what to do if this is happening to you or someone else, and make women feel comfortable dressing as the choose. A bra strap on show does not call for sexual remarks. We created a campaign video, and imagery, and pitched this back to Lounge Underwear.
