Publication Writing and Design.

Inspired by i-D magazine, I was asked to design a zine, containing two articles, one being based on my cover star and one of a current fashion trend. The whole zine needed to follow the i-D brand guidelines, with all advertisements and topics appropriate for their consumer. I created two covers, but decided to go with Glowie as my cover star, as she is more popular with the i-D consumer, and music is a key speaking point the publication covers. I made sure this looked exactly like one of their publications, and got this printed the same size, and on similar paper. I really enjoyed making this zine, as it enabled me to practice designed under brand guidelines, while practicing my writing skills.
